If you would like to enter Germany as a foreigner as a tourist, student, job seeker, employee or family member, you usually need a visa or another residence permit.

If you want to stay longer in Germany as a foreigner, you usually need a residence permit. Even as the holder of a residence permit, you will regularly have interests, for example in extending your temporary residence permit, applying for another temporary residence permit or applying for an unlimited residence permit.

Work visas

The German labor market is regulated for foreigners. The German labor market is preferred to Germans and EU citizens. If you want to work as a foreigner in Germany, you usually need a work visa. If you have been offered a job in Germany, we will check whether your employment contract and your qualifications are sufficient for a work visa to be issued. Blue Card EU

The EU Blue Card is a special residence permit. If you are the holder of a „normal“ residence permit, you can switch to an EU Blue Card. If you have been in Germany for a number of years with a temporary residence permit, you can apply for an unlimited residence permit, i.e. a settlement permit. We will be happy to advise you on the settlement permit and also take on the application on your behalf.

German Citizenship

If you are staying in Germany for several years with a residence permit, you generally have the right to receive German citizenship. If you have German ancestors, then you may be German and therefore have a right to German citizenship.
